What is the pickup process at the airport?
Upon arrival at the Juan Santamaría (San José)
international airport, proceed to the baggage
claim area. After retrieving all your luggage, and
proceed to exit the airport terminal building. Your
driver will be waiting for you at the exit, with a sign
with the name of your party. We constantly check the
online arrivals information and if your flight is
delayed, your pick up time is changed accordingly. The
Juan Santamaría (San José) international airport
requires that all vehicles remain in the parking lot. If
for any reason your driver is not in sight, you can call
our reservation line at 845 4427.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online or you can call us at
our toll free number 800 769 7137 from anywhere in the
United States or Canada or at + 506 845 4427 from other
countries or 845 4427 from anywhere in Costa Rica.

How early do I need to make a reservation
The earlier the better. A couple of hours of prior
notice for airport pickups is recommended and at 24 hours
for all other services. However, last minute requests can be accommodated depending upon the availability. For
weddings, tours, and other special events please
reserve you limousine as soon as possible

What are the other fees that you charge for?
We do not have any hidden charges. All our fees include
all taxes, tolls and parking fees. Our fees do not,
however, include gratuities for the driver.

Do you charge for extra stops along the way?
Yes. Extra stops, even if on route are chargeable.
Immediately following your pickup, you will be taken to
your destination. If you require stops to be made, we
ask that you indicate your stops when making your
reservation.

What happens if I have excessive or oversized luggage?
In the event that you have excessive or oversized
luggage cannot be accommodated in the trunk of the
vehicle, there will be an additional charge for the
hiring of additional transport for the luggage.

How may persons can the limousine accommodate?
Each vehicle has a maximum number of passengers. In no
event will the driver permit the vehicle be overloaded.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No. Absolutely not. All our vehicles are smoke-free.
